"I want to be a doctor!" Of the many who say so and dream to be, Aashitha was one. But the road to Engineering was what she had to choose, the other road being blocked by the many ahead. "So what if I am not a doctor, I still continue serving people for that is what is love," says the ever charming, bold and iconic Aashitha R Pade.

Like every daughter, Aashitha's first hero is her father about whom she never forgets to mention in any of her talks. Hard Work, Dedication and Commitment are the principles she walks on and quotes the life of her father as an example for the same.

At the age of 22, Aashitha walks with a bag full of experience having volunteered, participated and excelled in numerous fields, recording impacts that have even urged the people in media to cover her story.

She is the Founder of Bean2Green Project - the prime objective of which is to increase the green cover in the world. The project encourages people to plant saplings as and when possible. She has been responsible for planting more than 6000 saplings in the last 3 years in and around Bangalore, India.

Aashitha has taught more than 5000 children of government schools, educating them about the basics of Health and Hygiene and importance of higher studies as a part of iU Y2C - iU Youth2Children Project (An initiative that engages the educated youth in activities that involve teaching the children of government schools in India). She was responsible for making 1100 Newspaper Bags in a day as a part of iU Newspaper Bag Project. She was also an active volunteer in Meals Donation Campaigns, Let's Write Together Project and many others.

From schools to colleges to fests, Aashitha has been invited as Judge, Chief Guest and Speaker to numerous colleges in Karnataka: MLACW, PES College, Malnad College of Engineering to name a few.

She was a part of the organizing Team of Run4OSCAR - a 5 KM Fundraiser Event which saw participation from hundreds of students, professionals and corporates, held in early March, 2015.

She is a World Merit Country Council Member representing India at the global platform of World Merit - a platform that connects talented youth with opportunities and focused on creating change.

Placed in Tata Consultancy Services, Aashitha's only dream is to be a resourceful person in the society and help as many people as possible to reach their dreams.
