As we were eagerly waiting, the day to meet a counsellor like Anil Kumar KN sir came true!!! He is from a rural area near Kolar who had no exposure till intermediate level, but now, he is the USB flash drive designer at SanDisk. We were lucky to have him as our counsellor. He is a person who has come across a lot of challenges and is very passionate about his work. These were the qualities which I liked the most. The delegates were very curious to listen to his story and some of the lessons that we learnt from the counsellor are as follows:

* Do it yourself: It's really true that when we try to do something by ourselves we come across many situations and we get many ideas. In the process we gain knowledge too
* Work for your dreams: Everyone can dream - but that's not the only important thing; you should work hard to make your dreams come true as well.
* Have a passion for your goal and you should chase that 
* Decisions are more important because every decision gets counted
* Everyone should realize - "I am here for myself" and be dynamic. Be yourself!
* The main factor that everyone should be aware of is - "Identify the problem!"
* In the world everyone has a problem but it's not permanent. You must face problems by finding proper solutions.

The whole i3 conference was amazing and we are proud to say that Anil Kumar sir is a counsellor of i3 - Influence Inspire Impact :-)
