We hear everyday "work hard and never quit". I also heard that life is like an onion, we have to peel it one layer at a time and sometimes you cry through the process. Life is something which happens to you. It happens when you have a "dream". You'll get slapped, humiliated, offended, but don't take it personally. Don't ask why did this happen to me? "Oh my god!, It's really hard." But easy is not an option my friend. It's hard living, life is damn hard. It's hard when you know what you are working for or what you are doing is not what you want. It's not what you need and live for.  It's hard when you are stuck in a place so dark, that you have no hope for the slightest ray of light. It's really hard handling just the tragedies of life. It's hard when you are working on something and you put everything you have in it and it doesn't work. And you lose, it's hard. That's real rough. How people look at you, how people respond to you. But guess what? You can still start over again. I realized it today.

What I discovered from life is, you will go through things that might not be pleasant and while you are going through them you can't understand why it's happening to you. But after you go through it, you look back at it and say "Oh! Now I know why I needed this lesson!". That prepares us so efficiently for the future. For bigger and better things! The reason, why we have to continue to work on ourselves and to never stop working hard and surround ourselves with quality people, is because we all have a lot of failures and tons of disappointments. Most of the people go so far in life and then they pock, they stop dead in their trails ! Why? Because they took some hits. When you have a goal and a dream don't bury because you have faced some failures in the world.

What is your dream? What is that one thing you are living for? Your vision? Hold it right there in your mind! There's a power in that. Create what you want. You have the power to do more than you could ever begin to imagine, to control your destiny, to make a difference in people, to make a difference on the planet, to impact. This is not gonna be if, for your life, you deserve more than this. That will stop making you do some stuff.People just talk about how miserable they are, but they don't do anything about it.You got to have an infinite amount of courage and determination. The person who can make it happen is you. You take responsibility to make it happen. Own it, whatever it is. When you quit, Dare yourself to take a little pain. Just go through it. You ain't gonna die. At the end of pain is the glorious success.

To get that dream, to get out your talent and actually make it happen, to lead to greatness you got to be hungry, sleepless nights are your Kendall days, to get those ideas, talents out of your system, you got to face it all. People who suffered are unstoppable, people who went through all the pain are going to make it happen. No matter what they are going to make it happen.So don't you get scared of that little pain! Greatness is not a blessing, it's an earning. You earn it for yourself. It is that simple. But what you have to ask yourself is, Can I earn it? The answer should be "Hell, yeah!!! I'm going to die for it". Embrace your dream. If others can achieve it, you can too. All you got to do is believe and love every bit of it. Just Belive it's possible, it's possible that I can bring my greatness out here in the world. Believe that you can do what you want to do, you can bounce back from every pain you face. Regardless of where you are from, what you are, who you are, You can revive and reinvent your life if you believe. Always "work hard, dream big." Things will great better, actually the best.

Scream out loud "I am the one!". You are the only person responsible for your failure and greatness. Choose greatness today! You can live your dream. Stay started. Have a plan of action. Go for it. There is no greatness on this planet than living your dream. Only I had to realize on the bench of a coffee shop that all you have to do is Believe and work hard. I'm the one, I'm the one. No matter how bad it is or how bad it gets, I'm going to make it. I'm the only person who can make my dream come true. My dream is possible!!! No matter whether someone believes in me or not, no matter if I've lost again and again and again, I'm still looking at my dream reviewing it every day and telling myself, it's not over!!!
