Most of the times there’s a misconception where success is considered as the nth goal of life. But it’s not necessarily the nth goal; it’s an ongoing process because the scope for improvement in one’s performance has no limits. When a person keeps filling his pot of efforts not really bothering of where and when his efforts would bear fruits for him, that is when God starts filling his pot of results and that’s what you call as SUCCESS! Yes, it’s only a consequence achieved as a result of consistent efforts put in over a period of time.
This consistency plays a major role in the story of a person’s success. Belief is the backbone of consistent efforts. Only when you start believing in your sincere work and stay confident about yourself is when you become consistent. With the accomplishment of every effort, try to figure out where you lacked or where you fell down, and learn from your failures. Take it as an opportunity to learn whenever you come across one. Failures will be there on your path to success but try to fail better than the previous one and that’s what we call as improvement. If you are failing better, that means you are on the right path.
A clear message which can eventually lead one to success is that Never make success your goal or destination because it’s a journey”. Put in your efforts with full commitment, give your best and success will follow you of course. The great French writer, Gustave Flaubert has said, “Success is a consequence and must not be a goal.”
