While they are good for the soul, they are also limited to serve our emotional aspects of life. For the \u015avet\u0101mbara Jain community, this is the Day of Universal Forgiveness \u2014 a time to confess mistakes, seek pardon, and renew vows of non-violence, truth, and self-discipline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2\">\ud83d\udcdc <strong>The Ritual and Stotras<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p1\">The Samvatsari Pratikraman is not a short prayer but a structured ritual lasting several hours.
