Attitude of gratitude takes you to the highest altitude of life
For times in life when the light seemed dull Help came from where I least expected - from strangers;
My indebted gratitude to them who helped to bring back the light...
What in your life, are you thankful for?
For times in life when happiness was null Help came in the form of birds and spring,
Thankful to the songs of the birds and the flowers of spring What in your life, are you thankful for?
For times in life when I wanted to pluck my brains out of my skull Help came in the form of books;
Deep gratitude to the lady because of whom I read- my mum What in your life, are you thankful for?
You may not have had a stranger help you put back your light,
You may not have had spring bring back joy,
You may not have taken to reading because of your mother,
That's why I ask you -What in your life,
are you thankful for?
