This realization sparked a transformative journey, one that led Mr. Rajat away from numbers and spreadsheets toward a mission rooted in happiness, well-being, and personal fulfillment. A Successful Career, But an Unanswered Question
Mr. Rajat’s professional career began in the field of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence. For over 18 years, he worked in various roles across well-known companies, gaining experience in international markets and working with top executives. His job was to help businesses make data-driven decisions by analyzing complex information and offering practical insights.
While he was successful in his career and worked with senior leaders, he began to notice something interesting. Many people, including himself, were achieving great things at work, but they still felt unfulfilled. He saw them working long hours, achieving milestones, and earning financial rewards—yet something was missing. They were stressed, exhausted, and often felt disconnected from a sense of real purpose.
This observation struck a chord with Mr. Rajat. It made him reflect on his own journey. Was professional success enough to create a fulfilling life? Or was there something more that people were missing?

A Shift in Perspective
During the challenging time when he had a job loss, he felt stressed, unhappy and lost. Realizing he has lost himself, this was a turning point for him. Mr. Rajat started asking himself:
What truly makes me happy? Why am I feeling stressed at work? How to change myself, my habits and mindsets to be happier
He saw that happiness was not just about achieving professional success or accumulating wealth. There was something bigger at play. This curiosity led him to explore the science of happiness. He studied various research studies, learnt Happiness from Professors at Harvard, Yale, Columbia University read books, and eventually became a Certified Happiness Coach and Workplace Happiness Consultant.
