Sweets & Bakes Asia (SBA) 2016 will be the 3^rd International Sweets, Desserts & Bakery Exhibition which showcases various components of the baking and confectionery industries’ supply chain. Ranging from machinery to equipment, ingredients and packaging, the event will serve as a one-stop hub for industry professionals to source for suppliers and vendors, and to explore latest business opportunities.

Hosted by the Singapore Coffee Association (SCA), the event highlights of Café Asia 2016 are as follows:-

• Singapore National Barista Championship (SNBC) 2016
• Singapore National Latte Art Championship (SNLAC) 2016
• Singapore National Brewers Cup Championships (SBRC) 2016
• Singapore National Cup Tasters Championship (SNCTC) 2016

The champions for each of the above competitions will then represent Singapore to compete at the world stage.

The Cafe Owners Alliance - Singapore was established to bringing together the cafe owners who are also the potential buyers at the exhibition. It is an initiative by the Café Asia series to assist cafes in Singapore to become a stronger voice and to establish a greater presence in the Food & Beverage scene.
