There are two kinds of people living in our society; first - those who are very rich but poor at heart and second – those who are needy but rich at heart. A coin has two sides - head & tail; if we toss a coin then it might land on either head or tail. Both sides never occur at the same time. Two kinds of gratifications are there - good and bad. "Good satisfaction" represents our dignity and self-esteem and "Bad satisfaction" is the resultant of dominance that reeks self-regard and arrogance.

Power is of two kinds. First is acquired by the fear of punishment and the other by the act of fondness. Power based on love is hundred times more effective and irreversible than the one derived from fear of punishment.

Sunshine is Appetizing,
Rain is Refreshing,
Wind is Bracing,
Snow is exhilarating...

There is no bad weather as such. There are only different kinds of good weather. No matter how good you think you are as a leader, my goodness, people around you will have all kinds of ideas of how you can get better. But what matters to us - Money or Humanity? When we say ‘well educated people’ it not only means taking higher education. When someone respects a younger person then it defines the character and education of that person. There are again two kinds of people categorized as Givers and Takers. The Takers may eat better but the Givers sleep better.

What way you want to go, it all depends on you. We choose paths according to experience. May be everyone can’t take all the experience, but let’s take lessons from others experience which is a smart way to choose the right way.
