Bangalore HR Summit 2015
The business world today faces numerous challenges – the very environment being extremely dynamic has seen unprecedented changes in technology, globalization and new hierarchies and organizational structures emerging; changes in employee demographics, capabilities and priorities.  This pressured environment has led to don newer roles and change its real as well as perceived value.

The HR today is seen as a strategic partner in the organization and business decisions and a key player in navigating the organizations through the phases of transition. The changing face of HRM includes it being multifaceted and contributing effectively to the growth of the organization through interventions such as championing employee needs, being the change agent managing change processes to increase organization efficiency, being the strategic partner to align the HR and business strategy.
HR today has to gear up to be responsive to the changing environment and understand how the organizational, and workforce factors will possibly power the business. By anticipating the associated HR needs and being in a position to deliver appropriate solutions to the same HR has to be ahead of the curve rather than behind it. All these emerging issues and challenges will be deliberated in the HR summit presentations and discussions. For more information about participation contact:  +91-08- 65617336, 65617337, or visit
