Questions about everything you see,
More questions, about your life..
When you know you've got an unending list to ask,
Why the deafening silence?
Noisy fights in minds and streets,
Each louder than the other..
When you know silence is the better choice,
Why the shattering noise?
Whether life is a game or an act scripted well before,
Whether it's a matter of chance or destiny..
When you know not the truth of it all,
Why the stubborn denial?
Living shackled to the chains we made
Oblivious that you hold the key..
When you hold the map with the route to freedom,
Why the eternal wait?
