I have a confession to make. I absolutely love sales and negotiations. I do. It’s a passion of mine to discover what makes people tick and to learn how to use that information to influence their thoughts, actions, and emotions and achieve the results desired for myself and my clients. I make no apologies for this, it truly is a passion. You know what? Even more. It’s a bit of an obsession.

This is why for many years I considered myself lucky to be able to build a business from this obsession - something which I truly loved doing. And I still consider myself lucky to have been able to do that. Spending almost 2 decades getting paid to spend time and do what I love? I am immensely lucky.
So why the change? As I lived through some truly life-altering experiences, my perspective changed. My priorities changed and I realized that I was immensely lucky to have the tools necessary to overcome life’s challenges and to thrive. I was grateful for the education I had received which gave me the mental tools necessary to develop these skills and I was proud of having had the fortitude to work on developing them. How selfish would it be to keep this to myself? Very selfish.



And so, I started sharing the information. I shared a lot of stuff for free in forums, conversations, speeches and evenings with my clients and their employees.

As I started sharing with others what I was doing, I noticed that my way of speaking about it was very different than my way of speaking about any other business I was involved in. There was passion in my voice, there was a feeling of sharing something with the world that could make a huge difference for people, one individual at a time, one percent at a time. Not everyone has the basic talent necessary to become a world-class negotiator. Everyone can become good, but to truly excel requires also a basic talent that most people don’t have. But to become a world-class human? Everyone can.

In the beginning, this was based on my own belief in the changes that could happen in others' lives just as they had in mine. But as more and more people joined what we were doing and using the information to improve themselves and their situation, the feedback I got was so overwhelmingly positive that I knew that I had the key to help people.

And the reason for this is very simple. Reading the information is one thing. Acting on it is another. Yes, some of the ideas take time to process but one of the beautiful things about the ebooks and courses is that they include a lot of actionable steps for you to be able to improve yourself and your situation immediately.
