3 Steps to create the best of your life

Birth is history, death is a mystery. You always have choice between these two. You can do whatever you want and craft your life. Fill the gap between birth and death with the most awesome ways of expression of your life energy in celebration of excellence. To make it happen, find your life purpose. In Japan, the word for purpose is ikigai, or "that which I wake up for". To live your life purpose is the most wonderful expression of your life energy. The ultimate purpose of your life is the unique reason why you are here on this earth. There is a strong meaning that you and me are given birth as human beings on this earth. This is the time to question ourselves “What could be the unique contribution I can give to this world so that I can experience the best way of using my life energy”. Once our purpose is clear, the years, months and days are lined up to align your life towards your purpose.
Life
So what do you want to do in the year 2016? What are your long term goals? What results you want to produce in your life? How you want to participate in the world with the life you are blessed with?

Here are the fundamentals I strongly believe can influence your next 365 days and beyond. Please read, internalize, apply, if not resonate with you just pass on. A humble request, go ahead celebrating the beautiful journey of life realizing your purpose.

Step 1: Change the way you do things internally

  1. 90 Day Trash-Free Challenge: The trash I refer to is complaining and not recognizing what you already have. Having no gratitude is ultimate poverty. For everything in your life, take 100% responsibility. So that you can change your results. If you stuck up in teaching lessons or complaining on people, your energy is wasted on bull-shit. That’s not what the life is meant for. You empower everything you complain about. You strengthen the negative things you speak of. You energize the problems you always talk about. To nail your 2016 goals, go on a 90 Day Trash-Free Challenge. These 90 days just stop complaining about people, situations or results. Stop talking negatively. Count your blessings, not your sorrows. Be humbled and blessed with what you have, enjoy the sense of gratitude, experience the power of love and giving.

  2. Get your thought-behavior patterns commit for your new goals: Yes, these are the regular people you see, or thoughts you always spiral in your mind, places you sit or spend time and generate same kind of responses or behaviours. So if you want to create something different which you have never done before, you have to do something you have never done. Many things that happen in your mind and beyond mind (if any) are not described or put as-it-is on paper. You just experience. Let your inner experiences and subsequent actions relevant to your goals for next 12 months

  3. Your emotional connection: Do you feel graceful with your own body, mind, activities and life. If not feeling excited and blissful, what else will you feel? It’s important to look at life more joyfully, feel more graceful to create what you want to experience in your life ultimately.

  4. Your energy commitment: We exist on this earth for some undetermined period of time. During that time we do things. Some of these things are important. Some of them are unimportant. And those important things give our lives meaning and happiness. The unimportant ones basically just kill time. Let your life energy focus on what makes your life meaningful.

Step 2: Change the way you do things externally

  1. Associate with productivity networks: You can’t do it alone. You need to partner with other people. To get their encouragement. To feed off their energy. To share your hopes and dreams with theirs.

  2. Have an accountability partner: Accountability partners are great; they encourage and support us as we work toward achieving our goals. Maybe you’ve always wanted to write a book, exercise regularly, or start a home-based business. Tell someone who will help keep you accountable and check in with you weekly to review your progress. It works great to have an accountability partner who has some similar goals. Turn your busyness to business.

Step 3: Change to result focused strategies:

  1. Write Goals: Research shows that just by writing your goals down, your chance of achieving them increases significantly! Write down your goals, post them somewhere easily visible, refer to them frequently, and you have a much higher chance of success. You can write on personal note book, journal. Refer your goals every single day. At least the ones that you focus for next one month read it. Visualize it. Feel the process of your efforts and results as if you achieved it. Do remember to write the reasons why you must achieve each goal, the reasons come before results.

  2. Plan each day a night before: Make a list of everything that you have to do in the coming day and identify your most important task. Which one item will have the greatest value in your work? The greatest value in achieving your main goal? Work on this task first. Work on it until it is 100% complete.

  3. Finish one task every morning: Start and complete one task, first thing in the morning. If you’re going to complete a task in the morning, start and complete your most important task! Do that every day before you do anything else. Repeat this over and over again for 3 weeks and you will develop a habit.

  4. Develop Skills based on your goal for 12 months: Imagine climbing a ladder. When you start climbing in your career and most people have no earning ability, but after 10 or 20 years some are earning 20 to 40 times more than others, though they all began their journey from same place. The difference was that the top people have continually learned new skills as they move upwards of the career ladder. Every new skill increases your ability to get great results, enhances the value of your contribution and accelerates your ability to earn more money. You must have a very clear goal, and then you must be crystal clear about the skills you must acquire that will get you there. When you acquire new skills, it helps you climb the ladder, every new step of the ladder you increases yours earning potential. If you want to earn more money in and accomplish your goals in 2016, create more value. It’s as simple as that

  5. Do a Daily Goal Review: We live in a time of intense noise and distraction. It is quite common to chase the wrong things such as too much time for TV, too many friends to text on WhatsApp, too much head on Facebook though you don’t have time to cook. Get these distractions work for you not work against you. Use emails, social media, gadgets to serve you. Preferably don’t use them early in the morning, develop a habit of taking five minutes undivided attention to read and rewrite your top five goals. This will boost your focus dramatically and imprint them with total clarity on your subconscious mind.
  6. Let small wins work for you: Five (Yes ….5) little goals achieved a day lead to 1850 goals achieved by December 31, 2016. An awesome work and personal life is more about evolution than revolution. Become a joyful child and fan of small wins, become serious about the these small incremental wins that takes you to purposeful life journey.

  7. Work In 90 Day Themes: The best period to set goals within is a 90 day chunk. And set a theme for every quarter. For the first 90 days of 2016, I suggest themes like “Look five Years Younger” or “The of Parenting Programs” or “My Best 90 Family Days” or “3 Months of Awesome Productivity – 12 trainings” or “My first book on achieving”.

  8. Imprint Your December 31 Statement: “If every single thing you want to happen over the next 12 months happened, what would it all look like?” Fast tip: Clarity is Power. Write out your answer in a single paragraph or record it on your hand phone. Review it daily during your morning goal reading time.

  9. Invest in learning. The real key to executing flawlessly on every one of your 2016 goals is to outlearn and outthink who you were last year. As you think better, you’re certain to perform better. And all it takes is one new insight or idea - strongly acted on - to take you to a completely different place mentally, physically, financially, socially and spiritually this New Year. So do what the most successful people on the planet do: invest in your learning and self-education.
