"I" stands for Inspection & Inspiration - It is vital to the business to know what is happening in the organization at every level so that you can understand better and inspire the team accordingly. Empower them; however, complete dependency and faith on people/single person is a blunder. So, ensure that you have your hands on the business and have an update every day; else you would be in for shocks sometime or the other.

"P" stands for Process & Prioritize - Make the organization process oriented for smooth operations and better productivity. Employees join and leave for various personal reasons /career prospects /conflict with bosses or team members at different points in the career growth chart. Company data/copy rights/information should be completely protected. Hence the organization should be process oriented and not people specific.

Time management is essential to minimize stress and have higher team commitment. This would enable a work - life balance for all and will result in achieving better results for employees and the company goals. Prioritizing your tasks would save you from unnecessary headache and embarrassment and would help you become a winning leader.
