The person who is like a lamp for a lot of slum children, who is educating them through a medium of  football, who is an epitome of change and Inspiration, the founder of OSCAR - Organization for Social Change Awareness and Responsibility (Education with a kick), the person who is the main reason for slum children to bring about behavioral development in themselves, imbibe values and life skills with discipline to make themselves sustained is Ashok Shankar Rathod sir. We were glad to have him as our counsellor.

He taught us valuable lessons in the conference that I feel everyone should implement in life

1. Belief, Basic knowledge and Commitment are the three main qualities to become a leader.
2. If you want to see the world change, start from yourself.
3. If you want to start any organization learn the structure and working of it.
4. Follow the policies, values and principles of your organization.
5. Always tell the truth to the people associated in your organization.
