Conscious Quality - Delivering Value Continuously, Constantly and Consistently

Annual International Software Testing Conference (STC) has been a highly popular offering that brings together practitioners and thought leaders from the software industry, academia and government for sharing and exchange of experiences, ideas and learning. In today’s knowledge age, the ability to transform information into innovative insights in response to market movements is core to value creation & growth.
Conscious Quality
One of the toughest challenges seen is How do you get your people to think about creating / engineering quality in a conscious, and continuous way. Why consciousness? – because conscious effort to engineer quality means finding your passion and expressing your essential values through your work. A conscious quality engineer seeks to promote the intelligent pursuit of happiness in all its stakeholders. It produces sustainable, exceptional performance through the solidarity of its community and the dignity of each member.

To engage and respond creatively to the challenges of our time, quality professionals will need to use all the facets of who they are. They will need to be able to be more emotionally intelligent, and will need, increasingly to learn to cope with rapid change, uncertainty and complexity. They will increasingly be called to deal with paradox, ambiguity and conflicting polarities. They will need to combine discipline and empathy and trust the wisdom of their intuition.
Conscious Quality
Through the theme, at STC 2015 we propose to explore practices which reflect knowledge in general, intentionality, introspection (and the knowledge it specifically generates) and phenomenal experience. STC 2015 explores ideas for new products, new ways of working, and for new strategies, still others for entirely new lines of business, resulting in inspired innovation and increased agility. As a platform, STC 2015 unravels examples, best practices from organizations and practitioners across the world.
The 15th Annual International Software Testing Conference (STC 2015) will take place on 3-4 December 2015 in Bangalore, India. Built on the theme of Engineering Quality – Building Continuously & Consciously in an Agile World, this year the conference will be a display of ideas, experiments and experiences to explore challenges and suggest techniques and Best Practices to successfully engineer quality in a continuous, constant and consistent way.
