
Ingredients:Fenugreek Leaves (Methi) - 1 medium sized bowl
Green peas - 3/4 cup
Onion - 2 (finely chopped)
Ginger-garlic paste- 1 1/2 tbsp
Dry mango Powder- 1/2 tbsp
Red chilli powder- 1 tbsp
Garam masala- 1/2 tbsp
Cinnamon Powder- 1/4 tbsp
Oil- 4 tbsp
Fresh Cream- 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Procedure:
- Clean, wash and chop fenugreek leaves. Blanch the leaves in boiling water and refresh with cold running water.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and cook till they are translucent. Add the methi leaves and sauté. Add ginger and garlic paste and continue to sauté for a minute more. Add red chilli powder and green peas. Cook for three to four minutes. Add mango powder, cinnamon powder, garam masala and salt.
- Mix well. Cook for two to three minutes. Finish with cream and serve with any Indian bread.
