Steps In Making Pop-Up Birthday Cards
- Fold in half any blank cards you have. Snip two slits through the card's folded edge. Stay as close to the centre as possible. This will create the pop-up strip.
- Make the pop-up segment protrude from the card by pushing it up. Placing the second blank card underneath the pop-up card is a good idea. This will conceal the gap left by the cuts you just cut. Adhere the 2 cards along with tacky glue.
- Select your printable pop-up design and cut it out. Glue the design to your pop-up strip. It should “pop” when the card is Opened.
